TAXES
All products shipped within Canada are subject to 13% tax (HST). This total will be applied to your cart total and outlined on the checkout process and invoice.

We use a total cart price method to determine your shipping costs. They are as follows:
Within Canada:
Cart total $0.00-$10.00 = $10.00 shipping
Cart total $10.01-$40.00 = $15.00 shipping
Cart total $40.01-$50.00 = $20.00 shipping
Cart total $50.01+ = $25.00 shipping
Within USA:
Cart total $0.00-$10.00 = $15.00 shipping
Cart total $10.01-$40.00 = $20.00 shipping
Cart total $40.01-$50.00 = $25.00 shipping
Cart total $50.01+ = $30.00 shipping

SHIPPING POLICY
Q: What are the Shipping methods and when will my Pure Ayre order ship?
A: ORDERS CAN BE PLACED SEVEN DAYS A WEEK !
Please allow 1-2 Business days for processing your order.
CANADA POST will be picking and delivering Monday through Friday by 3 pm. Canada Post does not pick up or drop off packages on weekends. It should take 3 -7 days delivery, on average within Canada. Heavier items and over sized boxes (e.g. powders & liquids) will affect shipping rates.
Q: When will my Bedding order ship?
A: Bedding typically ships within 2 - 6 weeks.
Back Orders/Delay in Order Fulfillment
Please note that on occasions, due to high demand and or supplier backorders on specific products, you may experience a delay in order fulfillment and order shipping. We will do our best to keep you informed via emal and/or phone of any order shipping delays if they occur. We thank you for your understanding.
Although, we update our online product catalogue regularly, sometimes suppliers may discontinue products without immediately notifying us. If this happens, we will notify you via email and/or phone and provide you with options and alternatives.
All applicable federal and provincial taxes will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your purchase.

Q: How do I Track my Shipped order?
A: Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with you order tracking number (based on the shipping option that you selected). At any time, the tracking number from the delivery company will give you your most up-to-date delivery status.
To check if your order has been shipped, log in to My Account or for the latest update on your order.
US Order(s)
US orders may take a few days longer to deliver.
Q: What do I do if there are Missing Parts to my Shipment?
A: Please kindly check your shipment confirmation e-mail or the Packing Slip within the shipment to see whether all items in your order are being shipped. You may also Log into My Account to view the status of your order. If the status indicates that your entire order has been shipped, please track your shipment by using the tracking number we sent you or contact Us.
US Order(s)
The tracking number may not be available for the standard shipment option. Canada Post does not provide US customers the tracking system.
Return Policies
Q: What is the Return Policy?
A: We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. It's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.
Return Tips:
1. For your protection, we suggest that you carefully pack the return parcel and return it to us through Canada Post. Simply add the words "Return to Sender" on your package and deposit it at a Canada Post retail outlet or in a street mailbox.
2. We are not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
3. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the merchandise. All returned items will be examined once received and you will be informed by email if your return has qualified you for credit or a replacement.
4. Credit card companies vary in the time they take to reflect a credit to your account or monthly statement. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to change all return policies without further notice. Should there be any disputes on the order, our decision shall be final.
Q: What are the Terms of Return?
A: Return Terms:
1. The return procedure of sending back return items needs to be completed within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse.
2. All returned items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified return(s)/ exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
3. We will replace the new product for you if any damaged/ incorrect items are received; however, please leave the product in its original packaging.
4. All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipping rates on all exchanges.
5. Returned items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to a 20% repackaging fee.
6. The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fee if the shipment has been refused, the purchaser has given us a wrong address, or if the purchaser has not signed for receiving shipment. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information.
PAYMENTS
We use PayPal to process all online credit card orders. All orders will be shipped from Carp Ontario after completion of credit card processing.
